COVID-19 Statement

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are continuously evaluating our pandemic preparedness plan.  Please know that the health and safety of our members and employees is our main objective.

Our lobbies are now open from 10am-2pm Monday- Friday.
Please use the Drive-up or remote services whenever possible.
We are asking that members observe social distancing while inside the Credit Union lobby.
– No more than 5 members in the lobby (6 feet apart please)
-When interacting with staff, please remain behind the plexiglass shields
-Effective 6/26/20, members will be required to wear masks when entering the credit union lobby in accordance with Governor Inslee’s order.

All loans and new accounts are by appointment only. Please apply online or call for more information.

If possible, we recommend members use remote services as your primary channels to conduct business.  Here are some recommendations:

Online Banking: Make sure you are able to access It’s Me 247.  If you haven’t signed in for a while, please do a test to make sure your password hasn’t expired.  If you have never signed in give us a call.  We will get you set up.

Mobile App:  If you haven’t downloaded our mobile app, now would be a great time to do that.  Just search for Cheney Federal Credit Union in your app store.  Once downloaded, you’ll love all the great features available.

Remote Deposit Capture (RDC): This is one of the convenient features on the mobile app.  Snap a picture of your check and send it to us electronically for deposit.  If you are not already enrolled for RDC just touch the Move Money icon on the app, then the camera (Deposit Check) icon, and follow the instructions on the screen.  This feature must be approved by the credit union, so don’t wait, sign up today!

Accessing your accounts using your Debit Card is also an option.  CFCU belongs to the Co-Op Network which has nearly 30,000 service charge free ATM’s across the country. Click here to find a shared branch near you. Shared branching is available in Cheney through the 1st Drive-up lane only. Shared branching is now available in the lobby at our Westbow location from 10am-2pm.
